Today it's time for something spicy. We prepared an Asian-inspired fonio bowl.
For this we prepared the fonio according to the instructions and filled it into the bowl. Then we added vegetables of our choice. For extra protein, we fried smoked tofu until crispy and deglazed with soy sauce.
You can easily make the dressing with a little lime juice, soy sauce, peanut butter and a little water. Sesame is a perfect topping here.
