How to do it:
Peel 1 pear, core it, cut it into slices and simmer it on the stove with 4 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon until al dente
Puree 1 pear (approx. 190 g) (in the TM 5 seconds/speed 8)
600 ml milk
20 g fonio
100 g fine oat flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla paste
20 ml maple syrup
50 g brown sugar (optional)
Add it and let it simmer until it thickens
in the TM 12 min / 90 degrees / left rotation / level 2
If necessary, leave some time to soak
Arrange and simply enjoy
