Preparation:
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- (heat everything slightly in a pot)
- 1 banana
- 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds/ 3 tbsp water, let it soak for 10 minutes)
- 50g chopped nuts
- 50g dried fruit of your choice
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 100g oat flakes
- 100g FonioMix all the ingredients together and place in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Bake at 150 degrees for 35 minutes and then cut into the desired shape.
