100g fonio
200ml water
3 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove chopped
5 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp basil pesto
Salt pepper
Pine nuts
Cook the fonio with the water according to the instructions and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the garlic. Then add the cherry tomatoes.
Then add the fonio to the pan. Add the tomato paste, pesto and spices and continue to fry for a short time.
Finally, arrange on a plate and sprinkle with pine nuts.
