Preparation:
- 120ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 vanilla pod - cut in half, scrape out, heat everything in a pot
- 50g fonio – sprinkle in, 5min. Allow to swell and cool.
- Add 4-6 tablespoons of yoghurt.
- Fold in 1 tbsp almond pieces
- Serve with fruit to make a delicious breakfast bowl.
Vegan variation:
- 120ml almond milk, agave syrup, (Alpro) vanilla yogurt
