Foniobowl Read for 1 minute

Preparation:

  • 120ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 vanilla pod - cut in half, scrape out, heat everything in a pot
  • 50g fonio – sprinkle in, 5min. Allow to swell and cool.
  • Add 4-6 tablespoons of yoghurt.
  • Fold in 1 tbsp almond pieces
  • Serve with fruit to make a delicious breakfast bowl.

Vegan variation:

  • 120ml almond milk, agave syrup, (Alpro) vanilla yogurt
