Preparation: To give our ravioli an extra portion of nutrients, we added fonio to the dough. Fonio Oat Bars

Preparation: 5 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp cane sugar pinch of salt 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp coconut oil (heat everything slightly in a pot) 1 banana 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds/ 3 tbsp water, let it soak for 10 minutes) 50g chopped nuts 50g dried fruit of your choice 2 tbsp coconut flour 100g oat flakes 100g FonioMix all the ingredients together and place in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Bake at 150 degrees for 35 minutes and then cut into the desired shape.

Preparation: 120ml milk 1 tbsp honey 1/4 vanilla pod - cut in half, scrape out, heat everything in a pot 50g fonio – sprinkle in, 5min. Allow to swell and cool. Add 4-6 tablespoons of yoghurt. Preparation: 20 ml milk 1 tbsp honey 1/2 vanilla pod – halve, scrape out, heat everything in a pot 50 g fonio – sprinkle in, let it soak for 5 minutes. Cooling down. 100 ml cream - whip until stiff, fold in, layer in glasses with fruit or fruit puree. Vegan variation: 120ml almond milk Agave syrup 4-6 tbsp soy cream

Ingredients: 100 g spelt flour 630100 g fonio flour*1.5 tsp baking powder*0.5 tsp baking soda*2 tsp apple cider vinegar*CinnamonMaple syrup150 ml plant milk Preparation: Mix the flours. Add the remaining ingredients and beat everything well with a whisk. Let it soak for 10 minutes, then stir again. Heat a pan and let 1 tablespoon of oil get hot. Fry the dough in portions in the hot oil. You need about 1 tablespoon of oil per serving.
